CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY (One‑Time Subscription)

1. Cancellation
a. Customers may cancel their subscription within 24 hours of purchase without penalty.
b. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as access to subscription content is granted immediately.

2. Refunds
a. Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the 24‑hour window.
b. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
c. Once subscription content has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase becomes non‑refundable.

3. Non‑Refundable Services
a. Promotional or discounted subscription packages are strictly non‑refundable.
b. All one‑time subscriptions are considered final after the 24‑hour cancellation period.

4. Customer Support
a. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via official corporate support channels (cancel@entrepreneursventures.com).
b. Requests sent through personal accounts or unofficial channels will not be processed.
